We are so glad your student has chosen Cambridge Creek Clemson as their home away from home. By selecting our luxury townhomes, they will be afforded a safe, accessible, pet friendly and fun residential college experience. Just minutes away from campus on the CAT Shuttle, they will be made to feel part of two exciting communities during the academic year: their on-campus community at the university and their off-campus community Cambridge Creek.
BUILDING COMMUNITY AT CAMBRIDGE CREEK
Our planned events both on our property and in downtown Clemson are all about building community. We believe that one of the key elements of a successful college experience is feeling connected. Throughout the academic year, students will have many opportunities to meet and socialize with other Clemson students at Cambridge Creek whether it’s before a Tigers football game, watching March Madness, or attending other curated events at Cambridge Creek.

Our goal for every student living at Cambridge Creek is to have an enjoyable and successful living experience. Through our roommate matching service, we work very hard to match students who have similar lifestyles and interests. Our process is thoughtful, thorough and accommodating.
OUR PROPERTY/OUR UNITS
Cambridge Creek provides an ideal blend of convenience, accessibility and socialization for a well-rounded college life. As Clemson’s newest off-campus housing, our townhomes are designed to provide the highest quality of modern living with the comforts of home. Our floor plans include 2 and 3 bedrooms and up to 1,431 square feet of living space. We offer both furnished and unfurnished townhomes and our luxury amenities include; a swimming pool, fitness center and several communal places to socialize and study, just to name a few.
OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
Our onsite team is dedicated, supportive and helpful. We are here to make the move-in and move-out transitions seamless and stress-free. We have a 24/7 emergency maintenance line and work very hard to address all maintenance matters in a timely and efficient manner.
PRE-LEASE SPECIALS
We offer several pre-lease specials and other cost savings opportunities throughout the year. Students are encouraged watch for email blasts, social media postings (Instagram and Facebook) in the Fall for information on these specific leasing offers as they are popular and time sensitive.
